How to download and when i received my products after payment?
1) Once your payment is complete,after the amount is deducted from your account. We will manually verify your transaction and send your product to your mail within 5 minuts to 12 hours 2) If you haven't received the products through email after payment we recommend you to check the spam folder or promotions folder.
What if my products are not delivered after 12 hours of payment?
We have never faced this issue till now, just send us email at info@prodigitalassets.in or contact us through WhatsApp.
What if i lose my product?
You will always be able to access your product from the link we send you by email, but if you need another download link just send us email at info@prodigitalassets.in with your order details and we will send you a new one
